These terms apply to silverandfold.com, the Silver & Fold store operated by Kevin Sarginger LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
Using the store
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate contact and order details. Keep your account credentials private. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation or attempt to access another person’s information.
Our jewelry descriptions
We describe materials and specifications for each piece individually. The brand name does not mean every product is made of silver. Photographs help show shape and styling; screen settings can affect color, and pearls or other natural elements may vary in contour and tone. Any measurements described as approximate allow for normal variation.
Prices and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Delivery charges and any applicable tax are presented during checkout. Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not override our ability to correct an error or cancel an order we cannot fulfill. If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will explain it and offer the option to accept the correction or cancel for a refund. We do not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy covers the contiguous 48 U.S. states, processing of 1–3 business days and transit of 3–7 days. Orders of $59 or more ship free; standard shipping below $59 is $6.99. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request window, item condition, return postage and refunds. If a shipping delay requires your agreement under applicable law, we will seek it or provide the appropriate cancellation and refund option.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy describes information used to run the store and handle inquiries. We may send transactional emails concerning your account, order or support request. Creating an account or making a purchase does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
Content and links
Silver & Fold branding and original site content may not be reused commercially without permission. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Links to other websites do not mean we control or endorse all of their content.
Responsibility and applicable law
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but occasional errors or interruptions can occur. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of Alaska and applicable U.S. federal law, without overriding mandatory protections that apply to you.
Changes and questions
The terms in effect when you place an order govern that purchase. Future changes will be published here. Effective 11/06/2026.
