Here is what to expect between choosing your jewelry and receiving it.

Where we deliver

Delivery is available to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Our delivery area excludes Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses. The business address in Alaska is available for correspondence and returns; it does not expand our delivery area.

Getting your order ready

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. This preparation period is separate from the journey to your address.

On the way to you

Transit takes 3–7 days after processing. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier disruptions, weather or an incomplete address. We will contact you if we learn of a material delay. If we cannot ship within the stated processing window, we will explain the revised timing and offer the choice to agree to it or cancel for a refund.

Shipping charges

• Orders of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
• Orders below $59 have a $6.99 standard shipping charge.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal, before any applicable tax. Any applicable tax is shown separately at checkout.

Tracking and address questions

When your order is dispatched, shipment information is sent to the email address on the order. Check the street address, unit number, state and ZIP before placing your order. If something needs correcting, contact us promptly; a change may not be possible after dispatch.

If a parcel needs attention

If tracking stops moving, a package appears damaged or an item does not match your order, email [email protected] with your order number and what you noticed. Keep packaging and photos of visible damage where possible so we can help assess the issue. Please see our return and refund policy for the next steps.
