Where can you deliver?
We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses are outside the delivery area. Our Wasilla business address remains the address for returns.
How long does an order take?
Allow 1–3 business days for processing, followed by 3–7 days in transit. These are separate periods. Carrier disruptions and weather can affect delivery; see our Shipping Policy for delay information.
What will shipping cost?
Orders totaling $59 or more in merchandise receive free standard shipping. Below $59, standard shipping is $6.99. Any applicable tax is separate.
Can I return earrings and necklaces?
Yes. Tell us you would like a return within 30 days of delivery. Keep the piece unworn and unused with the original packaging. Send it to Kevin Sarginger LLC, 200 W Riverdance Cir, Wasilla, AK 99654. You can contact us first for guidance.
Who pays return postage?
We cover return shipping for quality problems, incorrect items and transit damage. For a style preference or other change of mind, you cover the return shipping cost.
When is a refund initiated?
Inspection takes 3–5 business days after the return reaches us. When approved, we initiate a refund to the original payment method. The posting date is controlled by your bank or payment provider.
Is every piece made of silver?
No. The collection includes different materials, and the brand name is not a blanket material claim. Read the material description on each product page. Silver-colored describes appearance, while a stated silver composition describes the metal.
How do I choose a necklace length?
Lay a string where you want the necklace to sit, then measure it flat. Compare that measurement with the product’s listed length, including any extender. Our necklace guide explains how necklines change the effect.
What should I compare when choosing earrings?
Look at length, width, shape and how much they move. Compare any listed dimensions with a pair you own. A narrow drop can read differently from a broad hoop even at a similar length.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately and dry. Put them on after lotions or fragrance have dried, and take them off before swimming, showering or exercise. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Pearls, shell and plated finishes need gentle handling; avoid abrasive cleaners.
